The Salzburger Sportwelt includes the seven resorts of Flachau, Wagrain-Kleinarl, St.Johann, Radstadt, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Eben and Filzmoos. Due to its location in the heart of SalzburgerLand and in the center of Ski amadé, the region is easily accessible from all directions. The German-Austrian border and the city of Salzburg are only about 70 kilometers away.

Arriving by car
All seven holiday resorts in the Salzburg Sportwelt are located right next to the A10 Tauern motorway. This is the main arterial road through the Province of SalzburgerLand from the north & east (Salzburg - Vienna - Munich) & the south (Villach). Driving from Styria you reach the Salzburger Sportwelt via the B320 Enns Valley road.

Flachau: Exit "Flachau", the resort is situated just a few kilometres from the motorway
Wagrain: Exit"Flachau", approx. 10 kilometres along the B163 towards St. Johann/Pongau
St. Johann: Exit "Knoten Pongau", then approx. 5 kilometres along the B311 to St. Johann
Radstadt: Exit "Knoten Altenmarkt", then approx. 6 km along the B320 Enns Valley road to Radstadt
Altenmarkt-Zauchensee: Exit "Altenmarkt", Altenmarkt is just a few metres from the motorway exit. Carry on to Zauchensee through the resort of Altenmarkt, journey time approx. 10 minutes
Kleinarl: Exit "Flachau", appriox. 15 km along the B163 to Wagrain, then Kleinarl
Eben: Exit "Eben", the resort lies directly next to the motorway
Filzmoos: Exit "Eben", approx. 11 km on further along the local road to Filzmoos

Vignette-Sales Outlets

You can travel directly by train to the Salzburger Sportwelt railway stations of St. Johann, Eben, Altenmarkt and Radstadt. Salzburg main railway station is approx. 55 kilometres away and as border railway station offers connections to Germany and further afield. The journey from Salzburg to St. Johann takes around an hour and around 40 trains a day run between the province capital and the railway station.
The rail journey Graz from St. Johann takes around 3 hours and 15 minutes and no changing is necessary.
From Munich the rail journey to St. Johann takes approx. 3 hours.

The ski buses in the Salzburger Sportwelt are free of charge for skiers and snowboarders to and from the lift stations (according to the timetable) to practice winter sports.
Transportation of groups only with advance reservation the day before and payment.
