E-Festival Flachau 2025 – Beats, Bikes & Culinary
On the 8th and 9th of August, Flachau was transformed into a vibrant event location. Just in time for the E-Festival, summer returned with perfect weather. With bright sunshine and on balmy evenings, everything revolved around music, bikes and culinary delights. Around 4,000 visitors celebrated for two days to the sounds of top DJs, enjoyed regional specialities and explored the entire town and the surrounding mountains on two wheels.
BEATS
The E-Festival kicked off on Friday afternoon with a relaxed music programme – people danced to music played by local DJs. On Saturday, local acts took to the stage and ensured that the festival area was completely full by the evening. When the band Klangkarussell took to the stage, the atmosphere reached its peak. The crowd celebrated exuberantly to their hit Sonnentanz. Toby Romeo provided the grand finale at the festival site, getting the entire area dancing with international chart hits and an energetic performance. After that, the party continued seamlessly: the after-parties at Uncle Jack's and Hofstadl went on until the early hours of the morning.
BIKES
The sporting component was all about bikes. In the morning, a wide variety of e-bike models could be tested on three local routes with fantastic views of the Flachau mountains. This challenged not only the bikes, but also the skills of the riders. The E-bike Gourmet Tour presented by Kaloveo offered a special experience, combining enjoyable e-biking with regional specialities. The panoramic tour led from the town centre to Höch Castle, on to Hundsalzhof, then to Winterbauer, followed by Sattelbauer and finally back to the festival grounds. At each stop, there were culinary delights and impressive views.
The Kids Area presented by PZ Pumptrack provided action for young guests, while Red Bull athlete Tom Öhler amazed spectators with a spectacular show full of daring stunts.
CULINARY
The E-Festival also left nothing to be desired in terms of cuisine. The festival area attracted visitors with local street food and international specialities: from alpine and veggie burgers to farmer's burritos, Pongauer Bosna and Neapolitan pizza to candyfloss, popcorn and ice cream. The Locals Flachau and the event bars provided guests with refreshing drinks – perfect for the summer temperatures.
