Two sisters - Lena and Sophie - are behind this heartfelt project. The idea for the wedding location was born on a very special occasion: Lena's own wedding. She said ‘I do’ - at the Löckenwaldhütte, with the backdrop of the Bischofsmütze, surrounded by family, friends and the incomparable atmosphere of Filzmoos. Every moment was planned with love, and the couple quickly realised: we want more of this. More days like this, more memories like this, more heartfelt moments like this for other couples.

The Löckenwaldhütte is located in the centre of the Sulzenalmen area and offers a fantastic view of the Bischofsmütze. In fine weather, the ceremony takes place outside in front of the hut, with an unobstructed view of the peaks. If the weather doesn't play ball, the ceremony can take place in the lovingly remodelled barn. Rustic charm, cosiness and a particularly atmospheric ambience await you there.

Whether in a small, intimate circle or with family and friends - the Löckenwaldhütte offers space for micro weddings up to celebrations with 80 people. A free wedding ceremony in the open air or a civil ceremony directly on the alpine pasture - both are possible and will make your wedding something very special.
The alpine hut is not only the perfect venue for your wedding, but also for many other private occasions. Whether big birthdays, family celebrations or anniversaries - here everyone will find the ideal setting to create unforgettable moments.
• Venue hire: The hut and the surrounding area are exclusively available - including stylish seating, elegant covers and a lovingly designed wedding altar.
• Venue hire with champagne reception & aperitif: On request, Lena and Sophie can also organise a stylish champagne reception with small sweet or savoury snacks - either directly in front of the hut or in the cosy barn. The perfect setting for congratulations, conversations and first memories together as a newly-weds.

And what happens after the ceremony? If you wish, you can indulge in culinary delights in one of the surrounding alpine huts - or enjoy your wedding reception in one of the restaurants in the village of Filzmoos. Here you can round off the big day in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
